Ever so precious is little Dolly, such a sweet soul :)  Dolly just turned 5 years old, she is only 14 pounds. This girl is a Breed Blend of Corgi/Pug/Beagle~ All nice breeds known for their exceptional temperaments!  We feel Dolly would be a good ESA candidate. (Emotional Support Animal) She is well behaved, house broken, on the quiet side, not hyper, but does like to play with people, toys & dogs. Dolly is friendly, it looks like she always has a smile on her face because she has the cutest under bite!  Dolly also has a very unusual looking eye, it is 3/4 dark blue & 1/4 light sky blue- she looks like she's always winking at you!  At night Dolly will sleep in her dog bed with a blanket OR in your bed at the feet. She sleeps through the night.  Dolly is READY for ADOPTION NOW!
The donation for this dog is $325.00.  (Adult dogs are FULLY VETTED for 1 Year)
Dolly came to K9 Lifeline Rescue in poor condition. (We have before pictures available) It is possible she may have been fending for herself for quite a while.  The first thing we noticed, she was missing hair in several spots & her coat & skin were in poor condition, Dolly really looked uncomfortable. We can also tell that some point in her life she was over weight, she has a lot of loose skin. Dolly was taken to our Vet partner for a comprehensive exam.  The news was better then expected!! Dolly's skin scrape was negative- phew, nothing contagious! Her skin condition appears to be from allergies that were never treated & low quality food. Dolly was given a Cytopoint injection to get the allergy under control so her body has time to adjust to the quality food & added fish oil. It will take quite a while for her hair to grow back in spots. We did find a lump on Dolly's back, the Vet tested it & it is only a fatty lipoma (cyst) which is common in dogs. Dolly's teeth are in great condition & the Vet is 90% sure she is already spayed. Dolly Will Need a Follow-up exam with any Veterinarian around the 25th of March.  Dolly is READY for ADOPTION NOW!
